- Taigene Metal provides basic training and professional training to new recruits.
- The basic training includes the development history of the company, employee management rules, employee welfare measures, etc.
- The professional training includes on-site introduction, introduction of safety facilities operation and management regulations, emergency evacuation routes, first-aid contact regulations and description of major environmental problems, as well as pre -employment education such as operating procedures / operating manual / quality standard regulations of each related unit. Employees are then dispatched for on-site operations.
- Each year, we survey the training needs of each department. We organize trainings after review and approval.
- On-the-job training includes internal training and external training, which is implemented according to the annual training plan.
